Very nice property, clean and modern. Staff could be more friendly. Parking is limited.
Clean comfortable friendly helpful great location easy reservations
Comfortable room, friendly and welcoming staff and you can't beat the location for access to the central Denver area.
About 5 miles from all big items. Hotel staff is super friendly. Food is great. Rooms are clean and comfy. Hotel is nice and kept up.
Very very nice, friendly staff and very clean hotel
Our room was very nice and clean. Service from front desk and housekeeping was great. My only complete was in the lounge for dinner. Our servers were not aware of what the items were on the menu. Not aware of what vegetables were being derived that evening. They were very friendly but lacked in communication from their kitchen. Food was ok tasting too.
Stay there. Parking garage great. Enjoy the mountains.
The staff is wonderful, however the room rate is too expensive for what you actually get. I'm sure this is because it's a conference center catering to business travelers and events, but for a vacation to visit relatives, it's not a good value.
Flew to Denver on a last minute weekend getaway. The rooms are clean and spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The location was pretty central to everything I wanted to see and do. Overall it's a fairly priced hotel in a good neighborhood.
Was not informed that there was a $50 per night deposit. The price that I was told per night is not what I was charged.
Everyone at this hotel is always so nice and friendly. Always clean and as women traveling alone we always feel safe. Can't wait to hit the city again and stay at the Holiday Inn!
Great room, service, food, underground parking. Stay at this facility for all my visits to Denver.
My credit/debt card was over charged and Seth checked my account said yes it was. But it was still pending and had not actually gone thur yet. He said he will make sure it gets refunded along with my deposit. And it was all refunded.
Overall experience was great and only thing to make it even better would be a free breakfast
Always wanted to take a train trip,so 2 couples came to Denver from Chicago on a train,Wonderful time on train, and Wonderful Hotel at Cherry Creek Holiday Inn,Already making plans to do this again
The room next to me was extremely loud and the internet got extremely slow. Otherwise the visit was good.
Free breakfast would be great, but making up stories about noise complaints at 3 in the afternoon out on the parking garage. Trying to catch some one smoking pot. But was only smoking cigs.
Except for trying to get into the hotel and parking it was a great experience
Had a conference on site and stayed at hotel. While there was some noise in the hallway late at night that disrupted my sleep, this was not in any way the fault of IHG or the Holiday Inn. Room was fine and bed was comfortable.
To noisy and dirty. Stinky non friendly staff didn't even make eye contact. One gentle man said hello " I don't do check ins so you just have to wait."
I had family admitted to the Denver VA Hospital for surgery and this location is close to the hospital, close to dining and shopping items, and staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
Everything about our stay was great: room, staff, and especially the breakfast. Highly recommend
Este hotel tiene una muy buena alberca cubierta, lástima que la dividieron con una cuerda y no se puede nadar a lo largo
Upon arriving there were several people at the desk. One was just staring into space. The girl who checked me in looked up at me and told me I’m not helping them, referring to the people in line next to me. I’m not sure why she said that. She took my name ran my card. THEN gave me the paper to verify my rate and all that. The rate was not what I thought It should be. When I said something she just walked away. Came back with the manager who insisted to see my reservation, mind you there was a small difference, I realized that it was my mistake and felt very stupid after being called out on it. Then the girl told me there there would be one amount incidental hold. I said that was fine, Then I found out it was double ! I asked why again she left without a word and returned with the manager. Who told me if I had read the fine print I would have seen that. I told him that I did read but not before the lady had told me it was half of what I was charged AND RAN MY CARD. He said it was a training issue and would handle it. There was also a man in the lobby trying to check in with cash. He was told that he had to have a CC that they could authorize for the full stay as well as the incidental charge essentially paying for the room twice. I heard him ask if he could get a per-pay card, he was told yes but he would not receive the incidental monies back. So apparently cash does you no good at this hotel. As we exited the elevator the housekeepers had the hallway blocked with their carts. I had to squeeze through. When I got to my room it was dirty! There were rocks and dirt in every corner, windows were dirty, curtains were dirty just about everything but the bed thank goodness. I did not say a word because after the way I was treated at check in I didn’t think It would do any good. My 1st night was a disaster, loud doors slamming all night people yelling and running up and down the hallway noise from the stop light rite below my window was awful. I called down to the desk to complain about the noise and was told we are handling it. Then after I think everything has quieted down and I can sleep the room next door starts blasting music. I went to the desk where I seen police officers with a lady that was dressed like she worked at the club across the street perfect family hotel. Anyway I went to the desk and asked for a manager, The man standing there told me he was the manager, I told him I got no sleep from the noise and that it had not stopped I was very unhappy. He told me that he only got one call so they didn’t know anything was going on but would comp my room. I left tried to sleep again only for the room phone to ring, it was the real manager not the man who claimed to be from the desk. He did apologize. At this point I gave up on trying to sleep and got up and left. When I got to the parking garage I had to run back up to the room a maintaince man about ran me over coming out and then the elevator. The door closed on my arm leaving a large bruise. When we returned that night all we wanted to do was soak in a hot tub. There was not one and the entrance to gym looked sketchy at best. This property may be convenient in its location but I would rather drive 10 miles each way to avoid staying here ever again, It was a joke I don’t know how this place keeps the name.
Very friendly staff. Rooms were great and the kids enjoyed the pool.
I chose to stay at this hotel because the conference I was attending was being held here. Although the location was on a busy street (not my favorite), the facility and room were very clean and quiet. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely stay at a Holiday Inn again -- in fact, planning next trip for May 2017!!
Great breakfast! Fast internet! Comfrtoable rooms! Disruptive guests caused me to loose valuable sleep two nightfs in a row, they did offer to move me a but I didn't want to gather my things up.
We made it to the hotel at around 9 pm or after. I went in to see if they had any rooms available and the rates. The rate to me was crazy at this late time in the day. I explained that I was an IHG member to see about a discount and it was not much of a difference in the prices. I asked if they had military discount because my boyfriend was. The rate she quoted me we agreed on and checked in. Once I received the bill the next morning it was the higher price that was quoted. We had somewhere to be so I didn't have time to make a fuss about a few dollars. Upon checking out the manager asked how was our stay and I just said...eeeeh. She asked what was wrong and I explained that the walls are very thin and you could hear people in the hallways and in the next room. We heard someone snoring in the next room through the walls. My boyfriend said he heard the employee putting down the newspapers and bills at every door. The bed was so very comfy but we didn't get to enjoy and sleep well in it. The manager was nice enough to offer breakfast but we had a meeting that we had to get to. So she offered to give me 1,000 points on my reward card. I said, that's fine. What else could be done. We will probably not stay at this location again.
Was impressed with room service. Good food and Marlan provided great service. He was very pleasant while placing order and helping decide what to order. Also, very prompt in delivery and I even got a follow up call asking if I had been satisfied with the food. Kudos to Marlan and thank you!
Good location, pleasant staff. The one down side is it's near a car wash, so despite my nice room, it seems like there was a strange wooshing sound that I think came from the cra wash, but overall a great stay and a nice hotel.
Nice facility, friendly staff, free coffee was missing but everything else was great!
Amazing staff, clean room, very relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel was in a great location in close proximity to everything my boyfriend and I needed during our trip to Colorado. The bed wasn't as soft as I would like it and the fan/air conditioning was pretty loud so we had to turn it off during the night, there was also a dog barking constantly during our first night but that's out of the hotel's control....staff was nice and welcoming which we appreciated.
Already wrote one. The survey asked me to write about my experience so I'm not going to write it again.
Staff was extremely helpful, willing to help. Staff went the extra steps. Very courteous.
This is a good place to stay on Colorado Blvd. Close to downtown and points southeast. I have stayed here in the past - it is consistently good in every respect.
The staff at the front desk, bar, and breakfast were super
This was our first trip to Colorado and our three night stay could not have been better. All the staff were exceptional, special thanks to Steven, Jayne, Seth, Mandy, Matt and the house keeper for room # 704, They could not have been more wonderful. Fondly, The Deals.
I feel the Denver cherry creek hotel provides great value and location. The team at the hotel is very accommodating and helpful. The restaurant provides quality food and the lounge is very comfortable. I have stayed at this location before and my experience was similar both times, high quality stay.
If you want to go Pikes peak, Garden of Gods or red rock. This location is very good to you.
Upon arrival, the staff immediately greeted me. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room choice at no upcharge.
very good staff, excellent location, good internet, good value, would stay again
Very very nice staff, very clean building in general. Free parking, and also the pillows in the room were amazing!
Everything is great, but the upper level parking is to narrow to get out of.
MY FAVORITE PLACE TO STAY IN DENVER. Location is perfect, staff is helpful. Will stay here again.
Stayed at this hotel 2 nights, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Had a great room, top floor, it was clean and spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, great sleep both nights. We have several favorite restaurants in this area, so we never had a chance to try the hotel restaurant, we'll save that for the next trip. Overall a great little getaway.
All good. Very courteous staff. I was very impressed how the staff greeted me when I arrived. Room was great and very clean.
Would recommend to anyone vacationing in Denver, or just staying for the night.
Would love a romantic getaway with my best friend, my life...My husband.
This hotel is simply stunning. I was not aware of the quality of the hotel that I had booked however I was pleasantly surprised with a very high class atmosphere. The pool looked very inviting and the outdoor seating was a nice feature. The room was nothing short of fancy. The bed was a dream and I loved the personal little lights on either side of the bed. Perfect for a night reader or for just a quick light in the middle of the night. I was able to read without disturbing my husband. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Only complaint was the breakfast. My husband and I are used to a traditional continental breakfast, so after getting a glass of OJ, roll and enjoying a cup of coffee we were presented with a bill for $30. When I inquired about the fee, we were told it was $14.99 per person to have breakfast however we saw no signs nor did we ever see a "server" until we were chatting about checking out. Granted there were plenty of options that we COULD HAVE enjoyed however neither of us are early eaters so we were very disappointed in being charged. Use caution and ask questions before diving into any food items offered. Most expensive coffee, juice and rolls EVER! Despite this snag, we will likely stay again but bring our own rolls and juice, which will be perfect with the refrigerator in the rooms.
