I had a great experience here. The staff were all happy and helpful. My room was great. I would heartily recommend this Holiday Inn!
The Denver-Cherry Creek property was very easy to find, easy to park our own car - Easy to move around in the property - Clean
I feel like my family wasnt treated friendly at the hotel. Simple regest couldnt be handle due to lack of customer service. However it was a front desk girl that was the only polite front desk clerk.
Great stay with comfortable bed and very clean accommodations! Very friendly and helpful staff as well!
The service staff provide second to none. I would recommend this property to anyone. This is a nice crime-free part of Denver.
The receptionist was superb. Please upgrade corridors and lobby...otherwise a great location, location, location.
Holiday inn Cherry Creek, good for the value but not exceptional. Starting to feel "dated" and the air conditioning was a bit loud. Don't park in garage unless you like tight spaces!
We typically like Holiday Inns but did not have a great stay. The hotel itself was fine in a relatively quiet suburban location. But the room had some issues. The tub didn't drain so was half full by the time I was done with my shower. It was hard to sleep with the loud AC on. The pillows were fairly scrawny and uncomfortable. And there was a large wall sconce placed in a strange location that we repeated hit our heads on.
of 124 before taxes adn the holiday in rservation line woudl nto give me the price
Very clean rooms. Good view. Wide range of breakfast foods.
The young lady that checked me in was very friendly and genuinely hospitable. Shorter girl wore eye glasses and I saw her thru the week with others in the same excellent manner. My room attendant was also very friendly and the service I had in the hotel was extremely good by all I encountered. Nice job!
I decided to stay, at the Cherry Creek Holiday Inn, because it was close and convenient for me to travel to the Rose Medical Center.. It was clean and friendly establishment, and I would recommend staying there for anyone looking to stay off of Colrado Boulevard, in Denver Colorado.
Check-in was quick and easy, front desk was excellent. Location was great. If room service would of picked up our order at all before the scheduled deadline it would of been a perfect stay.
The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean but smelled like sewage very badly. We bought air freshers for the room for our stay.
I have stayed at this location a couple of times. It is a convinient location and fairly close to downtown. They do have competitve rates for the area. Unfortunately my room was right across the elevator which was being maintenanced around 7am on a sunday. Other than that friendly and welcoming staff.
Staff was friendly when we got there, and made it a quick and easy check in.
The entire stay was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and the facility was warm and clean.
Close to shops, quite rooms definitely going to stay here again.
I had a great stay. Very clean and professional .i will recommend this hotel to anyone.
My room was very comfortable, I loved the choice of pillows but what made the difference to me was the kindness of the staff when dealing with my MS.
This hotel was very nice, clean, and taken care of. I would stay again.
The rooms are nice and quiet, the beds are comfortable and clean. We also ate a late meal from the bar and it was not bad at all, we would recommend it.
I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Cherry Creek, Denver. The facility was very nice and the food was great. I used the fitness center and it was nicely equipped as well.
Hotel needs to enforce smoking policy, especially pertaining to marijuana use in the hotel. The floor my room was on smelled strongly of marijuana smoke. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector in my room, which went unnoticed by housekeeping. These issues were brought to the attention of guest services, who corrected the issue of the plastic bag over the smoke detector. When I booked my room, I paid for breakfast in advance. I was unable to eat due to checking out at 5:45am and breakfast wasn't served until 6:30am. When I asked about being refunded for the breakfast I paid for in advance, the refund was denied. Otherwise the stay was very nice and hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Very nice property, clean and modern. Staff could be more friendly. Parking is limited.
Clean comfortable friendly helpful great location easy reservations
Comfortable room, friendly and welcoming staff and you can't beat the location for access to the central Denver area.
About 5 miles from all big items. Hotel staff is super friendly. Food is great. Rooms are clean and comfy. Hotel is nice and kept up.
Very very nice, friendly staff and very clean hotel
Our room was very nice and clean. Service from front desk and housekeeping was great. My only complete was in the lounge for dinner. Our servers were not aware of what the items were on the menu. Not aware of what vegetables were being derived that evening. They were very friendly but lacked in communication from their kitchen. Food was ok tasting too.
Stay there. Parking garage great. Enjoy the mountains.
The staff is wonderful, however the room rate is too expensive for what you actually get. I'm sure this is because it's a conference center catering to business travelers and events, but for a vacation to visit relatives, it's not a good value.
Flew to Denver on a last minute weekend getaway. The rooms are clean and spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The location was pretty central to everything I wanted to see and do. Overall it's a fairly priced hotel in a good neighborhood.
Was not informed that there was a $50 per night deposit. The price that I was told per night is not what I was charged.
Everyone at this hotel is always so nice and friendly. Always clean and as women traveling alone we always feel safe. Can't wait to hit the city again and stay at the Holiday Inn!
Great room, service, food, underground parking. Stay at this facility for all my visits to Denver.
My credit/debt card was over charged and Seth checked my account said yes it was. But it was still pending and had not actually gone thur yet. He said he will make sure it gets refunded along with my deposit. And it was all refunded.
Overall experience was great and only thing to make it even better would be a free breakfast
Always wanted to take a train trip,so 2 couples came to Denver from Chicago on a train,Wonderful time on train, and Wonderful Hotel at Cherry Creek Holiday Inn,Already making plans to do this again
The room next to me was extremely loud and the internet got extremely slow. Otherwise the visit was good.
Free breakfast would be great, but making up stories about noise complaints at 3 in the afternoon out on the parking garage. Trying to catch some one smoking pot. But was only smoking cigs.
Except for trying to get into the hotel and parking it was a great experience
Had a conference on site and stayed at hotel. While there was some noise in the hallway late at night that disrupted my sleep, this was not in any way the fault of IHG or the Holiday Inn. Room was fine and bed was comfortable.
To noisy and dirty. Stinky non friendly staff didn't even make eye contact. One gentle man said hello " I don't do check ins so you just have to wait."
I had family admitted to the Denver VA Hospital for surgery and this location is close to the hospital, close to dining and shopping items, and staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
Everything about our stay was great: room, staff, and especially the breakfast. Highly recommend
Este hotel tiene una muy buena alberca cubierta, lástima que la dividieron con una cuerda y no se puede nadar a lo largo
Upon arriving there were several people at the desk. One was just staring into space. The girl who checked me in looked up at me and told me I’m not helping them, referring to the people in line next to me. I’m not sure why she said that. She took my name ran my card. THEN gave me the paper to verify my rate and all that. The rate was not what I thought It should be. When I said something she just walked away. Came back with the manager who insisted to see my reservation, mind you there was a small difference, I realized that it was my mistake and felt very stupid after being called out on it. Then the girl told me there there would be one amount incidental hold. I said that was fine, Then I found out it was double ! I asked why again she left without a word and returned with the manager. Who told me if I had read the fine print I would have seen that. I told him that I did read but not before the lady had told me it was half of what I was charged AND RAN MY CARD. He said it was a training issue and would handle it. There was also a man in the lobby trying to check in with cash. He was told that he had to have a CC that they could authorize for the full stay as well as the incidental charge essentially paying for the room twice. I heard him ask if he could get a per-pay card, he was told yes but he would not receive the incidental monies back. So apparently cash does you no good at this hotel. As we exited the elevator the housekeepers had the hallway blocked with their carts. I had to squeeze through. When I got to my room it was dirty! There were rocks and dirt in every corner, windows were dirty, curtains were dirty just about everything but the bed thank goodness. I did not say a word because after the way I was treated at check in I didn’t think It would do any good. My 1st night was a disaster, loud doors slamming all night people yelling and running up and down the hallway noise from the stop light rite below my window was awful. I called down to the desk to complain about the noise and was told we are handling it. Then after I think everything has quieted down and I can sleep the room next door starts blasting music. I went to the desk where I seen police officers with a lady that was dressed like she worked at the club across the street perfect family hotel. Anyway I went to the desk and asked for a manager, The man standing there told me he was the manager, I told him I got no sleep from the noise and that it had not stopped I was very unhappy. He told me that he only got one call so they didn’t know anything was going on but would comp my room. I left tried to sleep again only for the room phone to ring, it was the real manager not the man who claimed to be from the desk. He did apologize. At this point I gave up on trying to sleep and got up and left. When I got to the parking garage I had to run back up to the room a maintaince man about ran me over coming out and then the elevator. The door closed on my arm leaving a large bruise. When we returned that night all we wanted to do was soak in a hot tub. There was not one and the entrance to gym looked sketchy at best. This property may be convenient in its location but I would rather drive 10 miles each way to avoid staying here ever again, It was a joke I don’t know how this place keeps the name.
Very friendly staff. Rooms were great and the kids enjoyed the pool.
I chose to stay at this hotel because the conference I was attending was being held here. Although the location was on a busy street (not my favorite), the facility and room were very clean and quiet. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely stay at a Holiday Inn again -- in fact, planning next trip for May 2017!!
